An Unusual Encounter During a Sunset Drive in the Everglades, and more...

It's an overcast day here in the "Glades." I'm staring out the window at some palm trees and a gray sky as I write this. The day might be overcast, but that's okay. Down here in the swamplands when the clouds cover the sun we're in for perfect temperature and it gives the Mothership's air conditioning, and our increased melatonin, a tiny break. Oh, the unusual encounter is an alligator who's dinner was interrupted, picture is in the photo dump below. We absolutely love sunset strolls through the area...

I have been working hard on the website, updating, learning new tricks (believe me learning new tricks at age fifty-two is not an easy thing.) That old adage "you can't teach an old do new tricks" is probably referring to humans as well as dogs, lol. But I persevered, watched many a tutorial, which didn't look anything like I was staring at in real life, and put my critical thinking cap on. Now onto the gift that keeps on giving, The Vasectomus Series.

Before screaming from my little rooftop of the web about my new book's realize, here's an excerpt taken from the narrator, Dr. Charles Effucuss:

Incoherency fired inside in a rapid succession, as if my body and existence were a jumbled mass of flesh and confusion running rampant. I hurried to Huey, Dewey, and Louie’s aquarium. The three of them had that same ashen look, as if they were waiting for a snack. Only sustenance that would bring their normal greenish-gray color back. Their eyelids lifted slowly, exposing dull eyes. Their mouths moved open and closed, their breathing slower than most times. I lifted the heavy lid and stuck my hand into the aquarium.

That was a small taste of the series that I have poured my soul into, and many have been invested in for years. A tale of body horror, a small town, and the infamous trio that are adored and loved by Dr. Charles Effucuss is in the light of the living! Last Supper, is the VERY last book of the Vasectomus Series! It's been available since October on eBook at godless, but the print version is here!

I'm not going to lie, the "Fuck Up", print version is available, only four copies left. A short back story is that I was in a hurry, formatted the book and it looked like a pile of dog shit! Thanks to the one and only Brent D. Seth, it looks so much better and a little thinner now. Great margins, sleek chapter headings and a very nice feel overall, paging in at 135 pages, one of the biggest novellas I've finished to date. This book is available on Amazon. Heads up, I make more money if you buy it from me directly here on the site, and you get it signed and personalized, so there's that. (a great Christmas gift for me to gain another reader, and for the recipient!)

Well, I hope you're all doing well, and that you're prepared for the holidays. I hope that you have enough love in yourself to give, or to throw at the creatures I've spent so much time with in the small habitat I call my literary world. If my fiction don't do it for you, buy a shirt, I make money on everything I sell, lol. Thanks for reading, and if I don't get around to this blog, please know that Maria and I are well, and that we're just exploring with nature. Photo dump below, and that crazy Gator, if you want to take a look...

Don't forget to follow when it all began, on Tuesday's, RV There Yet Tuesday!

Come back often and support my writing journey!
